Your funds are in your own wallet and your own Perpl account, not with Chart Arena. Use Privy Home to export your wallet’s key, then close positions and withdraw on Perpl directly. Step by step: Recover your account and funds.

Add two-factor security in Profile → Security. An authenticator app works everywhere, including the recovery page; a passkey is quick but can’t be used there. Keep an offline backup of your seed phrase. See Secure your account.

The seed phrase covers every wallet Chart Arena created for you, including your Advanced wallet. A private key covers only its own wallet.

Your positions stay open on Perpl. Take-profit and stop-loss orders already on Perpl as trigger orders stay with Perpl and work under its rules, but our servers’ backup check stops until we’re back. Protective orders are best-efforts, not guaranteed stops.

Use Perpl’s Rescue Mode at recovery.perpl.xyz. It reads the blockchain directly and lets you close positions, cancel orders and withdraw.

Your Chart Arena wallets are tied to your login. If you lose every way you sign in, Privy can’t recover the wallet and neither can we. Keep access to your login email, and consider keeping an offline backup of your seed phrase.

No. Never share them with anyone, and never type them into a website. Only import them into your own wallet app.

Yes. The core game is free, and it uses play money: positions are simulated and nothing real is traded.

A separate, early-access mode lets eligible users trade real perpetual futures on Perpl, a third-party protocol. It is not available to U.S. Persons or Restricted Persons, it is leveraged, and you can lose all of the funds you commit. See Crypto Mode and section 19 of the Terms.

No. They are game features with no monetary value, and they can’t be sold, transferred or withdrawn.
