# Quick start

> Sign in and play your first match.

    Play in any browser at [play.chartarena.xyz](https://play.chartarena.xyz), on desktop or phone. On iPhone you can also join the [iOS beta on TestFlight](https://testflight.apple.com/join/8qdbFhZM).

  <Step title="Sign in">
    On the web, sign in with email, a passkey or a crypto wallet. You can look around first; the game asks you to sign in when you start playing. The iOS app uses Sign in with Apple.

  <Step title="Choose Core">
    New web accounts pick a path first. **Core** is the free game with play money. [Crypto Mode](/crypto/overview) is a separate, early-access mode that uses real funds. It's leveraged, you can lose all the funds you commit, and it isn't available to U.S. Persons or Restricted Persons.
