## Your account and funds

    Sign in the same way you did before: email, passkey or wallet. Web and iOS accounts are separate, so use the platform where you created your account. If you still can't get in, email [support@blocklive.io](mailto:support@blocklive.io).

  <Accordion title="Chart Arena is down or I'm locked out. How do I reach my funds?">
    Your funds are in your own wallet and your own Perpl account, not with Chart Arena. Use Privy Home to export your wallet's key, then close positions and withdraw on Perpl directly. Step by step: [Recover your account and funds](/crypto/recovery).

  <Accordion title="How do I secure my account?">
    Add two-factor security in **Profile** → **Security**. An authenticator app works everywhere, including the recovery page; a passkey is quick but can't be used there. Keep an offline backup of your seed phrase. See [Secure your account](/crypto/security).

  <Accordion title="Where do I export my private key?">
    In Chart Arena: **Wallet** → **PERPL** → **•••** on the account → **EXPORT PRIVATE KEY**. Without Chart Arena: [home.privy.io](https://home.privy.io) → **My apps** → **Chart Arena** → **Export keys**. See [the recovery guide](/crypto/recovery).

  <Accordion title="Does one backup cover all my Chart Arena wallets?">
    The seed phrase covers every wallet Chart Arena created for you, including your Advanced wallet. A private key covers only its own wallet.

  <Accordion title="What happens to my positions and protective orders if Chart Arena goes down?">
    Your positions stay open on Perpl. Take-profit and stop-loss orders already on Perpl as trigger orders stay with Perpl and work under its rules, but our servers' backup check stops until we're back. Protective orders are best-efforts, not guaranteed stops.

  <Accordion title="How do I stop Chart Arena from trading for me?">
    Revoke the **Chart Arena orders** key on Perpl's **API Keys** page, or turn off one-click trading in Perpl's settings. See [Stop Chart Arena from trading for you](/crypto/recovery#stop-chart-arena-from-trading-for-you).

  <Accordion title="What if Perpl's app is down?">
    Use Perpl's Rescue Mode at [recovery.perpl.xyz](https://recovery.perpl.xyz). It reads the blockchain directly and lets you close positions, cancel orders and withdraw.

  <Accordion title="What if I lose access to my login?">
    Your Chart Arena wallets are tied to your login. If you lose every way you sign in, Privy can't recover the wallet and neither can we. Keep access to your login email, and consider keeping an offline backup of your seed phrase.

  <Accordion title="Will Chart Arena ever ask for my private key or seed phrase?">
    No. Never share them with anyone, and never type them into a website. Only import them into your own wallet app.

## The game

  <Accordion title="Is Chart Arena free to play?">
    Yes. The core game is free, and it uses play money: positions are simulated and nothing real is traded.

  <Accordion title="Do I need crypto to play?">
    No. You can sign in with email or a passkey and play the core game without bringing your own wallet or holding any tokens.

  <Accordion title="Which price do matches use?">
    Core matches run on the live MON/USD price.

  <Accordion title="What is Crypto Mode?">
    A separate, early-access mode lets eligible users trade real perpetual futures on Perpl, a third-party protocol. It is not available to U.S. Persons or Restricted Persons, it is leveraged, and you can lose all of the funds you commit.     No. They are game features with no monetary value, and they can't be sold, transferred or withdrawn.
