# Secure your account

> Sign-in methods, two-factor security and backups for your Chart Arena wallets.

Your Chart Arena wallets are tied to how you sign in. Set up more than one way to prove it's you, so you can still reach your funds if one way stops working.

## Sign-in methods

* **Web:** email, a passkey or a crypto wallet.
* **iOS:** Sign in with Apple.

Keep access to the email you sign in with. Privy Home, the route out if you can't use Chart Arena, signs you in by email.

## Two-factor security

Open your **Profile**, then **Security**, and press **Set up** next to **Chart Arena wallets**. You can add:

| Method                | Good to know                                                                                      |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Authenticator app** | Works everywhere, including Chart Arena's recovery page. Recommended.                             |
| **Passkey**           | Fast on your own device, but it can't be used on the recovery page. Add an authenticator app too. |

Once two-factor security is on, you need it to export your key. Chart Arena also suggests it when your wallet holds a larger balance.

## Backups

* Your seed phrase restores every wallet Chart Arena created for you. Keep a copy offline, never in a screenshot, email or cloud note.
* To export it, see [Recover your account and funds](/crypto/recovery).

## Stay safe

* Chart Arena will never ask for your private key, seed phrase or login codes.
* Only import a key or seed phrase into your own wallet app.
* The trading key Chart Arena holds can't withdraw your funds. You can revoke it at any time: [Stop Chart Arena from trading for you](/crypto/recovery#stop-chart-arena-from-trading-for-you).
